Seems like someone’s been caught up in a situation similar to Number 13. Hmm, did Number 13 get a promotion of some sort? It’s up and walking around again. Well, Number 13 wouldn’t be walking if it wasn’t for the pulley system and pump constantly running, draining it of content. Otherwise it’d fill back up, like the joosh tank it really is.
